Riversong Lodge is a classic all-log wilderness lodge accommodating up to forty guests.  The lodge and cozy cabins are filled with Alaskan character.  On the water, the Riversong guides use riverboats to jet their guests to local hot spots.  Anglers may spin or fly fish for all five species of Pacific salmon, rainbow, grayling and pike: from the boat, from shore or while wading. The lodge chef creates fresh and natural gourmet meals, which are served family style.  The combination of exciting river angling, cozy wilderness lodging, delightful meals, and true Alaska hospitality can make Riversong Lodge the highlight to your Alaska vacation.

Day Trips
Saltwater King’s & Halibut from May through July, offer some of the best fishing Alaska has to offer the budget minded fisherperson. These open boat charters include all fishing equipment and an enclosed heated cabin for those “not so nice” HOT fishing days.  Charters leave at different times depending on the tide; you might leave Anchorage at 3:30am (still daylight) or not till 9:00pm (also still daylight) to take full advantage of the slack tide. Slacks are the best and most productive time for bottom fishing. It’s easier to keep your bait on the bottom and it’s a lot easier to stand up while fighting that “BarnDoor” With an average 20 foot tide swing in each direction you can see why we go after the fish when it’s the easiest for us, the fish are always down there. And King and Silver Salmon make there move along the shores during tide movements, so most trips fish for Salmon either on the way in or out depending on the favorable tide when you leave.
