experience on Kodiak Island. Our expert
guides will take you on an adventure -
whether it is fishing remote lakes and river
systems for salmon or jigging for halibut in
the protected waters of Zachar Bay.
You will be able to access several different
lakes and river systems to find the best
possible fishing opportunities. Accessing
the fishing areas is a fun adventure whether
you are flying in our Found Bush Hawk
floatplane, hiking into the Zachar River,
rafting a remote river, or boating for
halibut. All of the areas that we fish are
less than 30 minutes away from the Lodge!
The
salmon species run in different seasons
throughout the summer. Expert guides have
designed several fishing packages to assist
you in planning your trip based on the time
frame you plan on visiting Kodiak. The
salmon seasons are listed below and each
provides a link that will take you to an in
depth sample itinerary for each trip.
